Exchange Period

You can request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To ensure a smooth process, items returned in a condition different from how they were received cannot be exchanged and will be sent back to you.

Exchange Processing Time

Cairo & Giza: Exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days, including quality inspection.

Other governorates: Processing takes 5 to 7 working days, including quality inspection.

Important Notes

We currently offer exchange only and do not provide refunds.

Shipping fees for delivery and exchange are non-refundable and will be applied accordingly.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.
