What is the return policy?
Eligibility: Refund within 14 days from receipt issuance.
Condition: Products must be unused with original packaging.
Defective/Wrong Items: Full refund without shipping fees.
Change of Mind: Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Can I edit/cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or edit your order after placing it as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
What is the estimated delivery time?
-1-3 business days Cairo and Giza.
-3-5 business days for the rest of Egypt.
-A delivery associate will contact you on the shipping day of your order.
How to place an order?

-Choose your payment method & add a promo code if available.

What is your Return/Refund policy?
You can return the Order/ Item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Period
-3 to 5 working days from pickup date, including quality check and refund for Cairo and Giza .
-5 to 7 working days from pickup date, including quality check and refund for the rest of the governorates.
Exchange:
-5 to 7 working days from pickup date  for Cairo and Giza Orders.
-7 to 10 working days from pickup date for the rest of the governorates.
Please Note: Pickup will be done within 48hours from exchange or return request.
